This is our very first podcast!  The following three artists were covered:

Sandness

This band is an epic answer to all those who think Hair metal/Glam Rock is dead.

The project was born from a Mark Denkley and Metyou Moonless’ idea, bass and drums respectively, who share a dream: a return of 80s glam metal with original tracks. In 2008 they recruited Gyulyo and Jimi Lasta Hendrix at the guitars and the band immediately began to compose new songs that roused a lot of successful concerts throughout the region.
A year later, Gyulyo left the band and, with the entry of Robby Luckets on rhythm guitar, the guys recorded their first demo, RETURN TO DECADENCE (January 2010). In the same year the band was chosen to open the concert of the american guitarist Adam Bomb.
In July, Jimi Lasta Hendrix left the band and a few weeks later was found Federico Spina as a worthy substitute on lead guitar. With him the band began to compose new songs to return to the studio in December and record their second demo, LIFE WITHOUT CONTROL. The demo, released in may 2011, attracted the interest of several record labels, willing to work with the guys. For this reason, they’re returning in studio in december, for recording a full-lenght album, with high sound quality and new tracks.

Unfortunately, in November 2011, the lead guitarist Federico Spina announced his intention to leave the band and luckily Sandness found a new lead guitar player, Sergey Ryabtsev, who has started his work with the band recording the new album.
The band was selected to open the concert of the prestigious Californian band L.A. Guns on 9th July 2011 and in August Sandness had the honor of playing for the first time outside the Italian borders, with two dates in the Latvian capital Riga getting an unexpected success both gigs. The band will return in Latvia in August for a tour that will include also Estonia, and is getting ready for some dates in France and Germany, too. Moreover, they are organizing a tour in South America for summer 2013.

FURY

Fury is just our favorite metal band. They truly bring the 80′s back to life, one of the most energetic bands of all time.

FURY is a British metal band which blends the hard hitting thrash styles of the 80s bay area scene with melodic vocals more common to the NWOBHM era to create the unique sound now known as fury. They’ve currently released two EP s and both are worthy of appreciation.  Every single song is fresh yet somehow classic sounding.
Definitely music for speeding!

Vittorio Garino:

Vittorio has a guitar tone to DIE FOR.  He’s  got a style reminiscent of Gary Moore and Slash, and has an incredibly emotive feel to his music. This video is a must watch:
